We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can lead our SEO initiatives, manage multiple projects, and build a scalable SEO team. If you thrive in a fast-growing, data-driven, and dynamic environment.

We have offices in: Vietnam - Malaysia - Singapore.

Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple projects to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Manage a portfolio of SEO projects (current and future) to ensure alignment with client and company goals.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities.
Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring best practices for content, site architecture, internal linking, and structured data.
Implement Technical SEO improvements, including page speed optimization, schema markup, crawl budget management, and site migrations.
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI-powered SEO trends, and emerging SEO best practices.

2. Project & Team Management

Lead and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
Work closely with content, development, and digital marketing teams to drive SEO performance.
Monitor project performance using SEO tools and analytics to continuously refine strategies.
Create scalable SEO workflows to improve efficiency as the SEO team grows.

3. Leadership & Team Growth

Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Provide training and upskilling for content and marketing teams on SEO best practices.
Support in hiring and expanding the SEO team as the company scales.
Act as the SEO lead, ensuring best practices are followed across all projects.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis

Track, measure, and report SEO performance (organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, conversions).
Analyze SEO data and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Continuously optimize SEO processes and automation for efficiency.

Requirements

3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including strategy development and execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
Technical SEO expertise, including experience with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, log file analysis, and crawl budget optimization.
Strong analytical skills, proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush,
Screaming Frog, and SEO auditing tools.
Ability to lead and mentor junior SEO team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in website migrations, international SEO, and mobile-first indexing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
