The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling a premium residential township project in Hai Phong to high-end individual buyers and investors. This role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and the ability to deliver a professional, customer-centric sales experience.

Your role & responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the company’s residential units to prospective buyers and investors.

• Engage and build relationships with high-net-worth clients through property tours, events, and personal consultations.

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and investment motivations to provide suitable property recommendations.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to drive sales conversion.

• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to contract signing and handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Coordinate with the Sales Administration and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and payment tracking.

• Support sales campaigns, marketing activities, and client engagement events.

• Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide feedback to the Sales Manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the sales process.

Your skills & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• At least 2-4 years of experience in residential property sales in Hai Phong, preferably with premium or township projects.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese.

• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented demeanour.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Hai Noi or Northern Vietnam property markets and able to communicate well in English are strong plus.
