SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER

• Collaborate with clients to establish requirements e.g. through design workshops.
• Producing design artifacts (e.g. screen mock-ups).
• Implementing web apps with HTML, CSS and ES6-based Javascript frameworks as part of the project delivery team.
• Creating and maintaining internal libraries inspired by real world scenarios.

The successful applicant will ideally have a tertiary qualification, and/or at least 5 years experience in commercial software development, with experience using the Redux and React frameworks.

Target Skills – as much of the following as possible:

Development:

• Knowledge of modern web standards, Javascript (ES6 mandatory), HTML, CSS.
• Experience with frameworks, Redux/React(mandatory), CSS/modern styling (mandatory), AngularJS/Angular, React Native.
• NPM, Webpack (most desirable), Grunt / Gulp.
• Python.
• Unit testing frameworks and experience, DVCS (Git, Mercurial).

Design:

• Proven eye for delivering polished UX and UI design.
• Sketch, Craft, Photoshop, paper prototyping.

Additional Requirements:

• Capability to WORK FROM HOME in the meantime (willing to use own laptop/desktop, stable internet connection).
• Amenable to work in District 1 office after quarantine.
