• Collaborate directly with the client’s end users to develop new front-end features using React.
• Assist users in debugging and resolving front-end software issues.
• Provide expert technical guidance and ensure best practices in front-end development.
• Communicate effectively with users via chat and voice calls to understand requirements and deliver timely support.

• 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, TypeScript preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience in debugging complex UI issues and working with RESTful APIs.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
• Availability to work on the night shift (4 PM – 1 AM, Vietnam time) to align with client hours.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, etc.).
• Previous experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
