Job Objective:
- Lead and manage a team of internal developers, and work closely with external vendors for the delivery of new application capabilities, maintenance and support.
Job Responsibilities
- Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.
- Directly lead and manage a technical team with focus on delivering enhancements for our mobile & web application.
- Responsible for the successful execution and technical delivery of projects that meet scope, timeline and within budget.
- Plan project efforts to upgrade, enhance and maintain systems at supported release levels
- Responsible for overall technical strategies and administrative leadership of teams responsible for managing the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of new and existing business application systems.
- Responsible for ensuring system availability &; performance and on-going day to day operations of critical company applications.
- Apply leadership & communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her team on issues related to the SDLC of mission-critical information and software systems.
- Must be up to speed on current trends in software development, specifically the software life cycle and methodologies to support continual development.
- Has the hunger and humility to learn, great communication skills, can think independently, good attention to details and passionate for a product.
- Ability to reconcile a long-term product vision with a dynamic and iterative feature roadmap, which reflects learnings from experience and mistakes.
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in business process and/or technology implementation
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
- Hands on experience with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, Continuous Integration etc.
- Experience in service-orientated technologies to be able to understand service interdependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
- Able to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills is a must.
- Proven results-orientated person with a focus on delivery.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Experience in UX and consumer facing industries.
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), node.js, mobile application development, Live-streaming technologies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- You will be managing up to 30 Headcount.
