Senior Product Manager

Job Objective:

• Lead and manage a team of internal developers, and work closely with external vendors for the delivery of new application capabilities, maintenance and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.
• Directly lead and manage a technical team with focus on delivering enhancements for our mobile & web application.
• Responsible for the successful execution and technical delivery of projects that meet scope, timeline and within budget.
• Plan project efforts to upgrade, enhance and maintain systems at supported release levels
• Responsible for overall technical strategies and administrative leadership of teams responsible for managing the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of new and existing business application systems.
• Responsible for ensuring system availability &; performance and on-going day to day operations of critical company applications.
• Apply leadership & communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her team on issues related to the SDLC of mission-critical information and software systems.
• Must be up to speed on current trends in software development, specifically the software life cycle and methodologies to support continual development.
• Has the hunger and humility to learn, great communication skills, can think independently, good attention to details and passionate for a product.
• Ability to reconcile a long-term product vision with a dynamic and iterative feature roadmap, which reflects learnings from experience and mistakes.
