1. Develop new partnerships:
- Proactively search for partners that are suitable with the development strategy of DBS-VPBank
- Receive, discuss with partners that are in search of partnership with the bank
- Coordinate by connecting relevant departments and directly lead the discussion meetings, negotiations with partners
- Direct the implementation, execute next necessary steps to process the connection further after consulted by other departments and approved by management
- Work directly with departments (Products, Operations, Legislation, IT, MKT, etc) to promote the technical connection, product development, process establishment, contract preparation, business performance improving…
2. Manage and develop services with existing partners:
- Set up meetings, discussion; process and handle issues with partners’ representatives: Upgrade, change, add products and services with partners to optimize the connection.
- Raise the idea of improving performance related to existing partners, building the BRD for new product/service development.
- Update and monitor statistics, performance, development, data, etc. from connected partners. Make a table to track, report for this content
3. Report:
- Report to direct management and CDO
- Contribute ideas, collaborate with other business teams on issues related to partners: Complaints, building new products, building communication programs, training personnel etc.
