Your role & responsibilities
  • Operate and ensure the stability of IT systems including:
    • Internal network (LAN/WAN), servers, and network devices at server rooms across sites (BD, HCM, DC).
    • Monitor and maintain the performance of Internet and MPLS connections, Wifi Unifi; quickly handle incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and regularly maintain systems such as:
    • Firewall, CCTV system, printers, and user devices.
    • Office 365, Azure, SharePoint,OneDrive platforms.
  • Install and configure computers for new users in compliance with company policy, ensuring security and performance. 
  • Responsible administer and monitor the overall IT security system, promptly detect and handle incidents and potential risks. 
  • Responsible track, manage, and allocate IT assets for end users. 
  • Provide software training and documentation to enable users to operate the system effectively
  • System installation, upgrade, security, disaster recovery and contingency planning
  • Responsible on checking, fixing hardware, software status of client/server.
  • Propose and plan for hardware upgrades/replacements aligned with the company’s growth needs. 
  • Consolidate and prepare the annual IT budget for submission to the IT Manager/Finance Director.
  • Ensure compliance with company security, asset and operation policies and legal regulation

Your skills & qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or college degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT system administration experience.
  • Language: Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of O365, Azure, SharePoint, Power Automate.
    • Strong skills in hardware/software, networking, firewalls, cybersecurity, CCTV, printers.
    • Familiar with ERP systems and enterprise application software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
    • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Personal Traits: Intelligent, honest, security-conscious, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
