Role Overview

 

We are seeking a senior-level Interior Marketing professional who can lead marketing activities and independently generate and close business opportunities.

 

This role combines marketing execution with business development and requires hands-on capability in basic design tools and digital marketing operations. Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred for internal communication. If not available, fluent English communication is required.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Develop and execute interior marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and new projects
  • Plan and manage online marketing activities (SNS, platforms, and digital channels)
  • Create and manage marketing content including project cases and promotional materials
  • Analyze customer feedback and improve marketing performance and conversion rates
  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals independently
  • Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters for marketing and sales execution

Your skills & qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
  • Proficient in basic PC applications and design software, including:
    • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to create and edit professional PowerPoint presentation files
    • Ability to use basic CAD and Photoshop (or similar design tools) for simple tasks
    • Ability to perform and manage internet and digital marketing operations
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or business development (interior, construction, or real estate industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently acquire projects and close business deals
  • Experience in market research and marketing strategy execution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  •  Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end

 

Language Requirements

  • Korean language proficiency preferred for internal communication
  • If Korean is not available, fluent English communication is required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in interior design, construction, or architectural project-based marketing or sales
  • Experience in B2B project-based sales or contract-based business
  • Experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Experience working with multinational or cross-border teams
