As Thành Công Textile Garment (TCG) expands its business model toward ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), we are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer / Fashion Design Manager to lead the creative direction, seasonal collections, and design strategy for both domestic and export markets.

The ideal candidate is a Vietnamese designer with international study or working experience, strong aesthetic sense, and a strategic mindset to translate trends into commercially viable products.

As we move toward ODM model, TCG is building a strong in-house design team to bring innovative, sustainable, and value-added fashion solutions to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Location: 36 Tay Thanh Ward, HCMC

Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of seasonal collections aligning with TCG’s ODM strategy and customer requirements.
Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market insights to build design direction and mood boards.
Develop detailed technical sketches, colorways, and spec sheets for sampling and production.
Collaborate with fabric R&D and merchandising teams to select suitable materials, trims, and finishes.
Manage and mentor a small team of designers and sample developers to deliver on design timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Production, Merchandising, and Sales teams to ensure the feasibility of designs from concept to bulk production.
Present seasonal design collections to internal stakeholders and clients (domestic & international buyers).
Integrate sustainability and innovation in product design — utilizing eco-friendly fabrics, digital tools, and data-driven trend forecasting.
Build and maintain relationships with external design partners, trend agencies, and local universities for design collaboration initiatives.
Actively contribute to positioning TCG as a creative and value-added ODM partner in the textile and garment industry.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related fields (preferably studied or trained overseas).
At least 7 years of experience in apparel/fashion design, with 2+ years at senior or managerial level.
Strong understanding of global fashion markets, product categories, and design-to-production processes.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D (or similar 3D design software).
Excellent presentation and communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
Passionate, detail-oriented, with a creative and commercial mindset.
Experience working with international brands or ODM/OEM garment companies.
Good sense of materials, silhouettes, and color coordination.
Able to balance creativity with practical manufacturing constraints.
Collaborative, proactive, and culturally adaptive.
