Your role & responsibilities
  • Partner with Creative Lead to develop strong creative concepts and transform insights into breakthrough storytelling ideas across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Lead ideation sessions for Always-on and campaign projects, ensuring every concept aligns with brand purpose and audience mindset.
  • Write and craft distinctive, emotionally resonant copy that amplifies brand voice and drives engagement across digital touchpoints.
  • Shape and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in every word.
  • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure the copy works seamlessly with visual direction and user experience.
  • Mentor junior copywriters, elevate creative quality, and contribute to overall creative excellence.
  • Stay ahead of content trends, cultural shifts, and digital formats to continuously push creative boundaries.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of copywriting experience within a creative or digital agency, or editorial experience with leading luxury publications such as Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, L'Officiel, or high-end architectural and art magazines.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling ability, you don’t just write, you create ideas.
  • Solid understanding of social media behaviors, content formats, and cultural nuances.
  • A sharp creative thinker who can translate briefs into big ideas - witty, playful, but always purposeful
  • Passion for Vietnamese culture, digital trends, and platform storytelling (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Threads, etc.).
  • Comfortable challenging briefs, pushing creative boundaries, and making work better.
  • Good command of English.
