Write and edit scripts, be involved in content production and the post-production process, ensure program progress and quality.
Implement the series' proposal format, build structure and content to suit the audience's entertainment needs.
Research industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for new content types and formats.
Coordinate with relevant teams during the project production process to ensure script intent is conveyed.
Have 3-4 years of experience in communication and video content development
Have creativity, good writing, interviewing and information-analyzing skills
Interested and experienced in video formats, including longform and short form in all video streaming platforms.
Good at time management to ensure KPIs and content production on schedule
Be sensitive to trends and have good skills in research and hunting information
