Senior Business Analyst (English) ~ Up to $3000

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Study current system/requirement, analyze, clarify and propose suitable requirements/features in order to make them clear enough for the developer to implement.
  • Transfer requirements/knowledge to the team so that they will have a better understanding of what they are going to do.
  • Support the team with anything related to the requirement during the implementation and testing.
  • Compose requirement documents like project description, non-functional requirements, business knowledge, business rules, business flow, user manual etc.
  • Help the team to investigate issues from end users or Product Owner.
  • Manage all the requirements of the project so that it would be easy to track back and trace down when needed.

Your skills & qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in BA position
  • Fluent English (prefer TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6+)
  • Project/portfolio management knowledge. Ideally, experience in project management using tools.
  • Proactive, analytical and critical thinking.
  • Attention to details.
  • IT background.
  • Team working. (The nature of BA work is collecting information from many sources. Therefore, if you don’t get along well with other people, this is not a job for you.)
  • Self-study and research quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
