Study current system/requirement, analyze, clarify and propose suitable requirements/features in order to make them clear enough for the developer to implement.
Transfer requirements/knowledge to the team so that they will have a better understanding of what they are going to do.
Support the team with anything related to the requirement during the implementation and testing.
Compose requirement documents like project description, non-functional requirements, business knowledge, business rules, business flow, user manual etc.
Help the team to investigate issues from end users or Product Owner.
Manage all the requirements of the project so that it would be easy to track back and trace down when needed.

Your skills & qualifications
3+ years of experience in BA position
Fluent English (prefer TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6+)
Project/portfolio management knowledge. Ideally, experience in project management using tools.
Proactive, analytical and critical thinking.
Attention to details.
IT background.
Team working. (The nature of BA work is collecting information from many sources. Therefore, if you don’t get along well with other people, this is not a job for you.)
Self-study and research quickly and effectively.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies
