• Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems for enterprise business management solutions
• Architect and implement robust software applications that drive operational efficiency
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system architecture
• Own significant portions of the product development lifecycle, from conception through deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features and ERP system functionalities

Required:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Node.js backend development
• Strong expertise in backend technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, Redis, RabbitMQ
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (GitLab, GitHub)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities
• Adaptability to evolving requirements and technologies

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with AI/ML integration (LLMs, ChatGPT APIs, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Database expertise (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
