Responsibilities
Business Development Tasks
- Plan and periodically report.
- Search & develop new project.
- Design & consult cooperation models
- Build & present proposal / saleskit.
- Negotiation & contract signing.
- Develop partner channels.
Department coordination Tasks
- Transfer and coordinate project implementation.
- Coordinate to provide additional products and services to customers.
- Record feedback and improve products and services.
- Handle arising requests & tasks from the Board of Directors
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business development.
- At least 1 year of B2B experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Time management skills;
- Communication skills
- Relationship-building skills in the real estate services industry are an advantage
