Partner with business unit leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases
Develop detailed business requirements for AI solutions aligned with the enterprise strategy
Create AI project charters including scope, success criteria, and resource requirements
Build financial models to project AI initiative ROI and payback periods
Design pilot programs to validate AI concepts before full-scale implementation
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for AI projects
Coordinate with IT, legal, and compliance teams on AI governance requirements
Develop AI adoption playbooks and best practices for the organization
Track and report on AI portfolio performance to executive leadership
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on AI priorities
Create training materials to improve AI literacy across business teams
Manage relationships with AI vendors and evaluate third-party solutions

Your skills & qualifications
4-6 years of business analysis experience with 2+ years in AI/ML projects
Deep understanding of enterprise business processes and systems
Experience with AI use case prioritization frameworks
Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
Knowledge of AI project lifecycle from ideation to production
Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and tools
Understanding of data governance and AI ethics considerations
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's preferred
Experience in change management and digital transformation
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Project management experience (PMP or Agile certification a plus)
Be able to work in the US timezone (Night shift in Vietnam)
