The Sales Performance Analyst will analyze sales data, provide recommendations, collaborate with sales teams, and handle sales administrative tasks for smooth operations.
- Forecast sales based on data and trends.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and adjust sales targets.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales team performance versus targets.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data.
- Provide regular updates and performance insights to the sales management team.
Sales Administration:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including sales process policies and coordinating sales meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments on the implementation of sales promotion, incentive and bonus schemes.
- Calculate monthly incentives and bonus based on performance metrics and sales results.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
