To assist the Head of Sales & Marketing Department to develop the overall business of the Bank in the Northern & Southern Region with primary focus on key business of the Bank particularly on loans, deposits and Non-Interest Income.
To direct the performance of the Sales force towards the achievement of assigned business targets.
To lead and manage the sales force in ensuring individual business targets are met.
To disseminate and reinforce Head Office’s business strategies and directions and provide feedback to Head Office on business and operational issues for improvement./p
Requirements
Graduate degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Dynamic and pro-active with at least 5 years working experiences in banking/ sales & marketing.
Working experience in international banking / financial organizations is an advantage.
