Your role & responsibilities
  • To assist the Head of Sales & Marketing Department to develop the overall business of the Bank in the Northern & Southern Region with primary focus on key business of the Bank particularly on loans, deposits and Non-Interest Income.
  • To direct the performance of the Sales force towards the achievement of assigned business targets.
  • To lead and manage the sales force in ensuring individual business targets are met.
  • To disseminate and reinforce Head Office’s business strategies and directions and provide feedback to Head Office on business and operational issues for improvement.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Dynamic and pro-active with at least 5 years working experiences in banking/ sales & marketing.
  • Working experience in international banking / financial organizations is an advantage.
