Present bids to senior management for approval, ensuring they meet strategic goals and financial targets.
Maintain a database of past bids and outcomes to inform future bidding strategies and improve success rates.

Your skills & qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in principal sales or business development within the IT industry.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Proven track record in building client networks, closing deals, and achieving revenue growth targets.
Solid experience in market promotion, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
Strong background in bidding and proposal preparation for large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Benefits
Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
An employee who works at night (10 PM - 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance.
