As part of our strategic expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Engineer to drive business partnerships and client acquisition in Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Outreach:

- Identify and qualify potential business partners and clients in Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads.
Partnership Development:

- Initiate, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with tech companies,
- consultants, and local representatives in Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
- Attend and network at industry events (online and in-person) relevant to the region.
Reporting & Strategy:

- Track sales activities, metrics, and results; report weekly to the COO.
- Provide insights and feedb
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales or partnerships, preferably in tech outsourcing or software development services.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and outsourcing models.
- Fluent in English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and market research platforms.
