About Company

eMoldino is looking for full-time Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with OEMs to lead and support the design and development of the next generation of eMoldino's IoT/Smart Factory Solution.

Your primary focus will be to lead the solution development process, working closely with the software engineers, solution team, and other functional teams. You will be directly involved in driving and supporting the clients' software (SW) technical needs including feature enablement, driving SW quality initiatives, working with Platform and SW development, validation and performance teams, and developing and presenting technical training materials. You will also work with the marketing and field sales team to help resolve clients' technical questions and participate in or drive customer meetings.

Your role & responsibilities

Project management

Milestone, release plan, and management
Requirement management including requirement analysis
Design review and confirmation
Development plan and management

Configuration management

Source review and source configuration management
Instance configuration management for each customer

Architecture design and maintenance

IoT & Big Data platform architecture design
Integration structuring for AI algorithms

IT Consultation

Strategy and communication internally / with customers

Your skills & qualifications

4+ years of experience building software solutions
3+ years of experience managing programs, engineering teams, and technical design in the cloud computing or enterprise software space
Relational and NoSQL database / Java and Spring framework / React and VueJS
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge of SSO and AWS application
