Your skills & qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT Operations Management (ITOM) within the ServiceNow platform. 
  • Experience in configuring and optimizing Event Management functionalities.
  • Familiarity with setting up and maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB). 
  • Ability to work with and customize Service Maps within ServiceNow for better visualization and management of IT infrastructure.
