Incident Management:
Proficiency in developing business rules for incident management processes.
Experience in making form adjustments to enhance incident handling efficiency.
Ability to integrate email systems with ServiceNow for streamlined incident communication.
Familiarity with tool integration, potentially including connectors for ServiceNow to ServiceNow (SN-SN) or ServiceNow to T-systems (SNT-systems), subject to further specification.
Problem Management:
Competence in developing business rules for problem management processes.
Skill in making form adjustments to improve problem resolution workflows.
Knowledge Management:
Proficiency in developing business rules for knowledge management processes.
Ability to design and implement approval workflows for knowledge articles.
