Korea → Vietnam direct remittance: we partner with a remittance company registered with the Korean government; LightVision provides the remittance system and face-recognition AI
Our remittance partner: registered with the Korean Ministry of Economy and Finance (No. 2018-7), supervised by the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), reports to the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU) for anti-money laundering, customer funds insured by SGI Seoul Guarantee, led by a former FSS official
Main customers: Vietnamese workers and students going to Korea → key sales channels are labor-export agencies and study-abroad centers
Market background: since July 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam requires biometric authentication for transfers of VND 10 million or more (Decision 2345/QĐ-NHNN)
We are hiring local sales staff for this business in Vietnam.
1. Labor-export & study-abroad channel sales (main role)
- Find and contact labor-export agencies, study-abroad centers and Korean language schools; visit them in person
- Hold information sessions for departing workers, students and their families; guide pre-registration; track results by channel
- Guide Vietnamese in Korea through sign-up and first transfer via social media and Zalo (1:1); support management of Korea-based promoters (ambassadors)
2. Financial partner sourcing (early stage)
- Find payout partners among Vietnamese banks, remittance companies and e-wallets; present our eKYC solution
- Prepare proposals (English/Vietnamese), report to HQ, support communication during contracting
3. AI data annotation (occasional)
- Image and video data work and quality checks for AI development at Seoul HQ
- Up to 2 weeks per project, outside sales hours (training provided, no experience needed)
[Requirements]
- Vietnamese nationality; bachelor's degree or higher (any major, any experience; fresh graduates welcome)
- Fluent business English (interview in English)
- Proactive enough to contact and visit people you have never met, and explain our service confidently
- Teamwork and attention to detail for annotation; basic office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
[Preferred]
- Network in Korea-bound labor-export agencies or study-abroad centers / Korean language schools, or work experience in these fields
- Network or project experience in Vietnamese finance (banks, remittance companies, e-wallets, fintech)
- Major in economics, finance or international business (e.g., UEH, HUB, FTU)
- 3+ years in event/exhibition agencies or B2B sales
[Working Conditions]
- Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 (lunch 11:30–12:30); weekend work possible for information sessions and events
- Workplace: Representative Office in mPlaza Saigon, a premium office building in the central business district of Sai Gon Ward (former Ben Nghe, District 1), Ho Chi Minh City
- Salary: according to company salary policy (from VND 8,000,000 after probation)
