ReactJS Developers (Junior to 3 Years Experience)

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to understand and translate project requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code for web applications using React JS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Implement responsive designs and user interactions, considering best practices for user interface design and user experience.
• Leverage state management libraries (such as Redux) to manage application data and maintain a clear flow of information between components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other data sources to retrieve and display dynamic content within the application.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth application operation.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure adherence to coding standards, and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate with our design team to translate mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces.
• Utilize your understanding of design principles to provide input on layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, contributing to a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with front-end and UX/UI designers to bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring design intent is realized in the final product.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to React JS, front-end development, and user-centered design.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• For Developers with 1-3 Years of Experience:
  • Proficiency in React JS and hands-on experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux and the ability to manage complex application states.
  • Basic front-end build tools and package manager knowledge (Webpack, npm, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and a desire to keep up with evolving technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
