• Perform manual testing on Web and Mobile applications.
• Read and analyze requirement specifications, identify unclear or inconsistent content, and coordinate clarification.
• Build Test Plans, write Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and execute tests.
• Prepare SRS documents when required.
• Set up and maintain the testing environment.
• Record, manage, and verify defects (bugs).
• Report testing results to the QC Team Lead and Project Manager (PM).
• Communicate directly with internal teams and clients on issues arising during the testing process

For Experienced Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience testing Web and Mobile applications.
• Solid IT knowledge and familiarity with at least one programming language.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Performance Testing.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Good English (or Japanese) reading comprehension (TOEIC 550+).
• Experience with Automation Testing and scripting is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and proactive working attitude.

For Fresh Graduates / Junior Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with at least one programming language.
• Good English (or Japanese) reading comprehension (TOEIC 450+).
• Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with experience in at least one framework/library (e.g., jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, …).
• GPA 6.0 or higher (please attach transcripts in your CV).
