We are currently looking for a QA/QC Manager that can help lead our QA/QC process and also help us scale.

Salary: Competitive
Overall:
- 5 to 10 years of overall QA/QC/Tester experience
- Has led/managed a QA/QC team before (management experience required)
- Strong knowledge and experience with Rapid / Efficient Development
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Software Development
- Experience with Mistakes / Error Avoidance
- Experience with Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scripts
- Experience with Agile Scrum
- Advanced in Unit / Integration Testing
- Advanced in Automation Testing
- Will be responsible for the entire QA/QC/Testing process
Yêu cầu:
- Từ 5 đến 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực QA/ QC/ Tester
- Có kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo, quản lý nhóm QA/ QC
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với CI và Phát Triển Phần Mềm
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý và đảm bảo tránh lỗi trong quá trình Phát Triển Phần Mềm
- Kinh nghiệm với Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scripts
- Kinh nghiệm với Agile Scrum
- Thông thạo Unit/ Integration Testing
- Thông thạo Automation Testing
- Sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cho toàn bộ quy trình QA/ QC/ Testing
Your skills & qualifications
- Ability to manage/enforce QA/QC process requirements to fit development schedule
- Ability to understand product requirements in order to create and manage QA testing processes
- Ability to work across different developer groups in order to ensure efficient and effective QA/QC/Testing
- Technical Capacity with Mobile / Web / Server system model
- Problem Solving / Analytical skills
- Customer / Client Focus
- Project Management skills a plus
