Vingroup Advanced Analytics (Vantix Inc) finds its very first foundation origin in 2018 when Vingroup came up with the following challenge: How to effectively use Artificial Intelligence & Data solutions to enhance productivity? In this objective, Vingroup decided to found a highly skilled AI subsidiary able to design tailored smart solutions to improve labor intensive businesses efficiency, multiply productivity gains and empower workers. Vantix was officially founded in February 2019 as Vingroup AI & Data Management Services and Solutions company.
We are looking for an experienced Project Management who is responsible for managing and overseeing the development, implementation, and production of solutions with support of AI/ML models and process. The Project Managerment will act as a partner with key stakeholders inside and outside Vingroup to develop the high quality and valuable products.
Your role & responsibilities
- Responsible to translate business requirements into specific products and define development strategy
- Involved in defining KPI indicators, closely monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of projects
- Manages the resource allocation in coordination with the established priorities and timelines
- Works dynamically with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements for the project related tasks
- Manages the complete lifecycle of data projects, ensuring to timeline and scope
- Builds strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful ways of working and the subsequent success adherence of long-term goals
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience supporting analytical and/or process improvement projects
- 3+ years project management, product management or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Big Data and Analytics domain background is a plus
- Has done project planning, costing, tracking & reporting extensively.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities of various key customers at the leadership level
- Strong combination of communication and problem solving skills with the ability to listen to customer needs and translate into actionable solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and to set priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
