Your role & responsibilities
  • Lead engineers to build scalable, reusable and efficient solutions.
  •  Managing advancement and deployment of specific disciplines and technologies
  •  Actively participating in the engineering process and anticipating future needs
  •  Providing technical coaching and career mentoring for the team
  •  Challenging the team to achieve difficult goals and empowering our team to make decisions
  •  Acquiring, onboarding, and allocating resources

Your skills & qualifications
  • People Management - Can lead a small team towards a common vision as part of project delivery.
  •  At least 2-3 years managing teams of engineers. 
  •  At least 7 years building software in Java/Spring boot/C#/ASP.Net/VB.Net/MVC/API centric. Along with a strong understanding of architecture and data management. Strong expertise in object oriented, structured, OOP design patterns, Azure and cloud applications.
  •  Someone who has hands on experience working with SQL, writing queries or general comfort with data.
  •  Experience building and consuming API’s.  
  •  Desire to grow and improve across the software career set: tools, languages, patterns and architectures.
  •  Comfortable working with a team. Being accountable as a team. And contributing as an individual. 
  •  Experiencing working in an agile environment. Of course. But won’t got thrown off by some other planning methods too. 
  •  Language experience across one or more:  C#, Java, vb.net, Python, JavaScript.
