Project Manager/ Project Leader (Good English communication skill)

Briefly summarize the Job’s purpose or role.

• Assist for manager to ensure the success of project and the development of subordinate.

Outline the core responsibilities of the position:

• Coordinate with stakeholder to ensure the overall success of the project.
• Collaborate with back-end/front-end developers to improve usability
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Help back-end/front-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Ensures that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.
• Monitor team activities and corporate with direct manager and others departments to solve issues if any.
• Push subordinate to implement the policy of company.
• Orient the challenge for each subordinate following team challenge.
• Make plan to develop skill of subordinate as direct manager’s requirement.
• Monitor performance and coaching subordinate in development process, management skill and solving method.
• Support pre-sales activities, includes consulting, proposing solution and estimation.

Essential

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields. Master’s Degree or above is a plus.
• ~4-5 years’ experience in Software/Business Analyst and/or programmer and at least 3 years’ experience in System Project Management for developing & implementing Based Software Solutions.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in Java programming language or TypeScript: NodeJS or Angular, VueJS
• Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good in English language.
• Able to work under tight schedule.
• Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
• Excellent leadership skills to guide the project team through the phases of multiple-scale projects based on multiple technology platforms
