Requirements

Communication: Good communication skill and critical thinking skill

Adaptability: Highly proactive in work

Time Management: Good at work management and process supervisor

Personal Attributes: Highly responsible in work, good awareness of product quality

Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of software development, good ability of system analyzing

Interpersonal Skills: Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication skill

Risk Management: Good planning skill and risk management skills

Hands-On Experience: Minimum 2 years of PM/Brse experience
