Manage daily administrative functions of projects
You will be assisting our Project Managers and other Project Administrators in overseeing the entire administrative aspect of projects.
- Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to define outcomes and timelines
- Manage and monitor resource calendar
- Coordinate meetings, and resource bookings and take minutes
- Collect, manage and analyse project data, reports, timesheets, finance billings, etc.
- Manage and prepare all necessary documentation
- Monitor and promptly report potential risks to the Project Manager
