  • We are looking for a Product Specialist who will work with our teams in various countries to develop high quality software solutions.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Knowledge domain expert for GrowHub products
  • Provide assistance and training to customers for GrowHub products
  • Identifying product weakness and improvement points from enquiries and questions
  • Perform problem analysis on product issues from clients
  • Providing best practices suitable for clients regarding product uses
  • Interact with internal GrowHub teams to further improve product development
  • Perform usability and issue testing for GrowHub software solutions

Your skills & qualifications
  • Proactive and self-motivated needed to learn our evolving products
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Fluent in English language
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
