Develop a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on product functionality and user experience, with a focus on bioinformatics, statistics, and data analytics domains.
Lead product demonstrations, training, and user onboarding sessions for new and existing clients.
Gather comprehensive user feedback and translate findings into actionable, prioritized insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineer and commercial) to support product launches, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Create well-structured and detailed technical documentation for internal teams and end-users.
Lead quality assurance (QA) activities, including issue tracking and feature validation, throughout the product development and update lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
Stay up-to-date on bioinformatics and statistical advancements.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, Data Analyst, Data Science, Statistical Analyst, Business management or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple user relationships and internal collaborations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions
