Responsibilities

Develop and implement product policy frameworks, balancing innovation, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.
Oversee market research, competitor benchmarking, and risk assessment activities to shape product policy direction.
Lead cross-functional collaboration for the formulation, communication, and implementation of product policies.
Regularly review and challenge existing policies, proposing proactive adjustments to enhance competitiveness and customer value.
Ensure seamless coordination with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units on policy-related matters.
Identify process improvements and drive automation or optimization initiatives for policy governance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Policy team, building capacity for future business needs.
Report policy performance and critical issues to senior management and recommend strategic actions.

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

6–8 years’ experience in product governance, policy development, or regulatory compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and business strategy.
Strong leadership, project management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
