Responsibilities

1. Effective business partnering

  • Works with business / end user to establish, maintain and refine product requirements and product backlog
  • Owns the user experience, understands end user business value, prioritizes accordingly
  • Represents the product team externally

2. Effective project management – following Agile discipline

  • Works with product team to plan sprints and sprint content
  • Defines product vision, release, sprint goals and is responsible for ensure in time completion 

3. % from P&L results and reporting

  • Creates, maintains and manages product budget
  • Responsible for the product success incl. P&L
  • Full reporting in time and in full 

CHALLENGES OF THE JOB: 

  • Deep understanding of sales team and processes
  • Driving behavioral change on HMB Customers and partners
  • Set a complex structure from ground up
  • Ambition penetration targets

Requirements

Level of education: Bachelor or Master degree

Field of education: Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science with relevant business experience

Years of experience: (including Mgt Experience)

  • 5+ years in a working in agile product teams, with 1+ years in a leadership role

Language requirement

  • Spoken & Written: Good command in English, both written and spoken

Specific knowledge/skills

  • Data driven planning
  • Business modelling
  • Agile coach certification
  • Complex Stakeholder ecosystem to be managed

Functional competencies

  • Has a deep understanding of the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, but also about the architecture frameworks.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams on complex technical issues
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with independent and creative thinking

Leadership competencies

  • Ability to lead through collaboration (rather than authority)
