About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Engaging with customers, merchants, and Head of Departments to understand their needs and problems.
- Aligning with the Head of Product on product’s prioritization and roadmap.
- Executing competitor and product research.
- Managing the full product development cycle, including crafting the solution, prioritizing features, defining specifications, developing prototypes, testing, launching to continuous improvement.
- Working with marketing, business development and customer service team to ensure successful launch of new product.
- Utilizing data insights, market and customer research to continually improve products.
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technology Business Analyst or similar capacity within a B2B technology company.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value.
- Track record in delivering successful launch and rapid adoption of new products.
- Familiar with and/or have passion for emerging consumers technologies and able to identify technologies that can be applied to solve specific customer problems.
- Ideally familiar with the development, trends and competitive landscape in the global and/or regional consumer ecosystem.
- Have empathy for a broad range of merchant and able to translate merchant needs into product requirements and specifications.
- Prior experience in software development, product design or user experience (UX/UI) strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a just-do-it attitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
