Koidra is seeking a Product Designer to help build the company's product roadmap and design robust systems offering rich capabilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have a background in B2B product development, particularly in the industrial automation space.

Your role & responsibilities

💡 Customer Experience: Cultivate a deep understanding of design systems that turn complex operational processes into delightful experiences for our customers.

🚀 Design Product Vision: Drive-by-design customer-centric strategies, business OKRs, and working-backwards documents. Realize and translate future roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation for the product.

📝 Build Features: Anchor in product tenets to identify and own design problems end-to-end, from discovery to execution. Translate complex insights into solutions, user flows, wireframes & high-fidelity designs. Connect every design decision back to business & user goals.

📐 System Design: Understand the product at a conceptual level & break down complex features into elements to ensure a strong foundation for any new project.

🧪 Usability Tests: Develop & conducts usability tests to validate & refine design ideas constantly.

Your skills & qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software product development, with a track record of delivering impactful and customer-satisfying products
  • Experience in industrial controls, industrial automation, industrial IoT or a related field
  • Expertise in shaping robust design systems for technical products or services
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent results
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
  • You care deeply about grounding your decisions in real data, marketplace needs & norms, and business OKRs.
  • Expertise at developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format - making business concepts and data visually engaging.
