Responsibilities

Market Research & Product Positioning

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product-market fit in the retail industry, analyzing customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor performance to enhance product offerings.
  • Leverage data insights to ensure that our fashion products stand out in a competitive market and drive growth.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Be the market guru, identifying US customer trends, consumer preferences, and competitor move
  • Mastermind go-to-market product marketing strategy for our fashion products that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in

Content Creation and Distribution

  • Oversee the production of top-tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw-dropping websites
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results

Analytics and Performance Optimization

  • Keep a keen eye on digital content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions
  • Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Graphics and Video teams, and other creators to make visually impactful content
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to make sure selected product features meet industry quality standards; marketing collaterals align with market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to track, analyze, and report on sales, advertising metrics and KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness

Requirements

Work experience:

  • Track record of copywriting viral videos or building a personal/commercial brand presence on TikTok/Facebook
  • Proven career advancement in digital/ product content marketing or holding an equivalent title in previous role(s)
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior
  • Experience in e-commerce or as a retail/ e-commerce shop owner is a plus

Skills:

  • Video ideation and script writing. No direct filming or editing skills required.
  • Strong command of English with contextual understanding to create compelling and audience-focused content
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Research, task management and collaboration skills
  • Presentation or training/ mentoring/ coaching skill is a plus
