We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and oversee our organization's procurement needs. You will report to Procurement Lead and work with our company's stakeholders to understand our procurement needs and ensure timely achievement of our supply objectives. The main activities can be listed as below:
- Involve in procurement process including calling for quotations, making commercial evaluation, vendor evaluation;
- Prepare/review every terms in contracts, be responsible for all terms in contracts;
- Negotiate price, commercial terms and contracts with vendors to maximize benefits and minimize risk;
- Conduct Purchase Request, Purchase Order process;
- Coordinate with requesting department for receiving products/services;
- Collect supporting documents for payment, receive and supplement documents when requested by the accounting payment team;
- Maintain and develop up-to-date supplier list;
- Other duties and tasks are assigned by management according to the production and business demand of the Company.
