Role Summary

Lead a team of consultants delivering procurement and supply chain advisory services for international clients (US/EU). Focus on market analysis, sourcing strategy, RFP execution, supplier evaluation, and project management. Not an internal purchasing role.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Act as main point of contact for global clients (100% English).
  • Deliver market analysis, sourcing strategies, RFP comparisons, and supplier evaluations.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Lead international RFPs, supplier search, qualification, and commercial assessment.
  • Track market, logistics, and compliance trends; conduct spend and cost analysis.
  • Support clients in supplier onboarding, performance review, and SRM (Supplier relationship management).
  • Lead and coach a team of 6–8 consultants.
  • Relevant tasks as required.

Your skills & qualifications
  • From 3 years in procurement (preferably direct materials or consulting).
  • Experience with international RFPs and global trade concepts 
  • Solid knowledge of import/export, INCOTERMS, HS codes, and global trade a plus
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English for meetings, presentations, and email.
  • Proactive, structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Based in Nha Trang; weekly evening meetings with US clients.
  • Work directly with CEO/Board on strategic initiatives.
