We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities for all departments and Apollo centers (current and new). You will play a key role in ensuring transparent procurement processes, strong supplier relationships, and smooth operational support across the system.
• Handle end-to-end procurement activities: sourcing, evaluating, negotiating prices and contract terms, and maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
• Develop project timelines and ensure all assigned tasks and initiatives are executed on schedule.
• Ensure strict adherence to Apollo’s procurement compliance policies and internal regulations.
• Process and verify purchase documents and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect market intelligence, conduct mystery shopping, and recommend the best-fit suppliers/solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure quality goods and services that support operational needs.

• Vietnamese national.
• Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields).
• Experience in procurement, administration, or operations is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong computer literacy and accuracy in handling documents.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under high pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Mature, dynamic, confident, extroverted, and self-driven with a growth mindset.
