Your role & responsibilities
  • Identify requirements, design architecture, develop, review code, oversee, test, launch projects from start to finish.
  • Take responsibility for the success of the project you participate in
  • Monitor product performance and handling system errors
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Training, support and motivate team members
  • Research and develop new technology related to project

Your skills & qualifications

# Must-have

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
  • 05+ years of experience in Rails
  • Experience as throughout the full project development lifecycle from the zero
  • Experience using AWS (EC2, Lambda, APIGateWay, AWS Cognito, AWS cloudfront, S3, Amplify, ECS, etc.)
  • Project management skills

# Nice to have

  • Have knowledge in Http API / Rest API and the difference regardless of language
  • Can develop functions that meet system requirements by considering vulnerabilities in authentication (Cookie, Session, JWT), etc
  • Someone who understands SAML, SSO, etc. and can support system expansion.
  • Have knowledge in Reactjs or Vuejs is advantage
  • Communication by English/Japanese is a big plus

- Start up company in Vietnam, but in Japan we have more than 1,000 members.

- Working time: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 18:00
