Responsibilities

Main responsibility:

IT Executive (Office365) is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions to optimize productivity and efficiency across the company. 

  • Design, deploy and configure MS365 applications, including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other associated services;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement customized MS365 solutions and work with vendors for digitalization/ data/ AI projects to meet business needs;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MS365-related issues, providing timely support to end-users;
  • Keep up-to-date with MS365 updates and new features, evaluating their potential benefits for the organization;
  • Cooperate with IT Department to monitor MS365 infrastructure and conduct regular maintenance to ensure system stability and performance;
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for MS365 data and services with IT Department;
  • Develop and maintain related data for business use.

Requirements

This position will be based in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone permanently as job requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience);
  • At least 4 year experience in Microsoft 365 applications and services is a must;
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices in an MS365 environment;
  • Knowledge of network, web design and administration are a plus;
  • Hands on experience with Data Architect/ modern data warehouse, etc.;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication, presentation skills and high level of ownership;
  • Proactive approach and result focus.
