About Company
We are currently recruiting for multiple PL/SQL Developer to join our HUB team. In this role, you will work as part of the Scrum team who are responsible for analyzing work requests from customers and providing design/programming expertise for development and fixes of software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and program agreed developments/modifications to systems
- Develop Technical Specifications documents
- Liaise with customers to ensure understanding of their requirements
- Liaise with BAs to ensure understanding of client’s requirements
- Assist BAs with the definition of customer requirements
- Testing of code and quality assurance of system
- Ensuring standards and procedures are followed at all times
Your skills & qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of application software development experience and/or appropriate tertiary qualification
- Source Control Tools: GIT, Stash, Source Tree.
- Experience in using Oracle including Data Definition Language and SQL performance tuning.
- Experience in using PL/SQL coding skills
- Oracle Performance and tuning.
- Experience with SQL Developer.
- Experience with TOAD.
- Knowledge of development methodologies and working knowledge of SDLC
- Working knowledge of ClearQuest/ClearCase
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Programming in COBOL, SQR, Java would be an advantage
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio
- Utilities/Telecommunications Billing experience is an advantage.
