Your role & responsibilities

Support preparation and execution of crash tests, sled tests, and dummy/sensor calibration.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment and vehicles.
Perform pre- and post-test equipment checks, ensuring operational integrity.
Collect, review, and provide preliminary analysis of test data.
Conduct dummy repair, sensor calibration, camera setup, DMM measurement, and photo documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
Provide structured feedback to engineering teams to support continuous improvement.

Your skills & qualifications

Technical Diploma/Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related fields.
Experience with vehicle testing, sled systems, crash lab equipment, or data acquisition tools.
Knowledge of crash test simulation software (e.g., LS-DYNA, MADYMO, TELMA) is a plus.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems (motors, drives, hydraulics).
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy-duty test equipment.
Familiarity with safety standards and passive safety testing procedures.
English proficiency (spoken & written) preferred.
