Your role & responsibilities
  • Act as the main representative of the company in building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and technology partners.
  • Research and analyze market trends, partner strategies, and new technology solutions from vendors.
  • Manage partner-related requirements such as training, certifications, and annual targets assigned to the company.
  • Coordinate internal purchasing requests to ensure timely procurement for ongoing projects.
  • Collect internal needs and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing, commercial terms, and partner support.
  • Monitor logistics, warehouse status, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update databases of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements between the company and partners.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, logistics, and business teams to streamline purchasing and order handling processes.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Proficient in English, especially in negotiation and professional communication.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus and precision in daily tasks.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in IT business, IT procurement, or vendor/partner management in global tech ecosystems.
  • College/University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or related fields.
