ODOO DEVELOPER

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Odoo and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Experience: 2-3 years of professional software development experience.

Programming Languages:

• Fluent in Python (mandatory)

Database Management:

• Fluent in SQL (mandatory)
• Experience with different databases

Frameworks and Tools:

• Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework (mandatory)
• Experience with Odoo customization and module development (mandatory)
• Integration of third-party applications (mandatory)
• Design and implementation of Odoo themes and templates (mandatory)

Skills:

• Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

PREFERRED SKILLS

Understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts

• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other related software
• Familiarity with production workflows, materials planning, and quality control within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to MES, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cycle time
•  Ability to interpret and analyze data related to manufacturing operations
• Experience with SaaS or PaaS solutions
