About Company
We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the field of network security, be familiar with network protocols and have a strong understanding of security principles.
Your role & responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security protocols and technologies across network infrastructure
- Monitor network traffic for potential security threats
- Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain security practices
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
- Keep up-to-date with emerging security threats and industry trends
Your skills & qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in network security or a related field
- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Knowledge of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/ prevention systems, and antivirus software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
