Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Maintain Virtualized servers, Backup, Storage, Linux, Microsoft 
• Web, Database and other application servers 
• Maintain hardware and software patch levels 
• Monitor and manage systems used in support of data center operations 
• Technical support and manage client’s system infrastructure and maintain process documentation

Background 

• High level of English communication
• Strong background with core network and compute technologies in large scale deployments and multi-client solutions 
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multi-site and multi disciplinary problems and incidents

Hard skills 

Must have 

• Knowledge of: 
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) 
  • Microsoft server products (Windows 2008 to 2019) 
  • Linux Server Products 
  • Application Services (Web, Database, Mail, …) 
  • Network & Security basic

Nice to have 

• CCNA, MCSA, VCP, LPIC 1&2, etc. certifications 
• ITIL knowledge/accreditation specializing around operational Incident/Problem and change management
